Defective products

As consumers you have the legal rights, as they currently apply in the provisions of Law 2251/1994 On Consumer Protection, regarding the return of defective products and claims regarding losses caused by any negligence on our part or improper fulfillment of obligations us. The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect your statutory rights. Defective products are considered to be products that do not comply with their production and packaging specifications or the reasonably expected safety in view of all the special conditions and in particular its external appearance, its expected use and the time in which it was put into circulation.


A. Returns of defective products

The customer has the right to return the product, if within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product, he declares that the product is defective. The return-shipping costs are borne by GAVRILIS GROUP, after receipt of the products and relevant inspection, as provided below. After the end of the above 14 (fourteen) calendar days from its delivery, it is considered that the product was received in perfect condition and our company does not accept its return or replacement. By returning the defective product, you have the possibility to either request its replacement with a new identical product, or request a refund of your money, which is carried out with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Regarding the case of payment of the products ordered by you by cash on delivery (either in cash/or via POS System), the return of your money by GABRILIS GROUP will be made by depositing into a bank account that you will have indicated through the contact form on this website . It is important that the details of the bank account (bank, IVAN, account number, account holder) are absolutely correct. Please be accurate in all of the above information. The declaration of the return of the defective product is made in writing by sending a message to the special contact form on our website, and GABRILIS GROUP is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the return declaration as soon as it is received. After the receipt and completion of the relevant inspection of the product, GABRILIS GROUP will send a query regarding your desire to replace the defective product with a new one or to return the amount of money paid by you.


B. Returns of Incorrect Products

In the event of any incorrect product shipment, which is due to GAVRILIS GROUP, the incorrect products are returned by the consumer-customer within the exclusive period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product and the return costs are borne by GAVRILIS GROUP, the which must send to the customer the correct products-goods ordered by him, after the control carried out by GABRILIS GROUP regarding the completeness of the condition of the product upon its receipt by the company. The customer only has to keep the product in excellent condition, completely untouched, its packaging intact and including the original contents and any accompanying material (parts, manuals, etc.). After returning the incorrect products to GAVRILIS GROUP, the correct ordered products will be re-shipped to you at no additional cost to you.
The declaration of the return of the incorrect product is made in writing by sending a message to the special contact form on our website, and GABRILIS GROUP is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the return declaration as soon as it receives it. After the receipt and completion of the relevant product inspection, GABRILIS GROUP will resend the correctly ordered products to you, without any further charge to you.


C. Returns of non-defective products – Consumer's right of unwarranted Withdrawal and cancellation of the order

Canceling or modifying your order is possible when it is marked as "pending" in your order history. In this case you can cancel or modify your order by sending a message to the special contact form on our website.
You may withdraw from the purchase contract and return non-defective products if and as long as:

•The product as a whole is in excellent condition, untouched and in its original packaging together with any accompanying material (any accessories, manuals, etc.).
•The packaging and accompanying material (any accessories, manuals, etc.) are in their excellent original condition.
• The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing by sending a message to the special contact form on our website and GABRILIS GROUP, as it is obliged, sends confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it is received to the e-mail address you have declared.
• The return request does not exceed the exclusive deadline of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the products of your order.

By returning the non-defective product, you have the option either to choose another product from the wide range of products we have (paying any additional money in case of a greater value), or to request a refund of your money which is carried out using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. Regarding the case of payment of the products ordered by you by cash on delivery (either in cash/or via POS System), the return of your money by GABRILIS GROUP will be made by depositing into a bank account that you will have indicated through the contact form on this website . The return of the product is accepted only if the consumer-customer has first paid every amount incurred by GABRILIS GROUP for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item. The return bill of lading from countries outside of Greece is charged with two (2) euros in addition to the shipping fee
In the event that the customer-consumer has opened the packaging or used the products, they are automatically classified as used and cannot be withdrawn, given that these are in principle sealed goods which, when unsealed after delivery, are not suitable for return, such as also for reasons of health protection and for reasons of hygiene, as expressly defined in the provision of article 3l of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.


Product return procedure applicable to all the above categories (a, b, c)


If you intend to return any product according to the above (a, b, c), you must send an express written notice – informing us by message on the special contact form on our website and GABRILIS GROUP will respond to you – provide written detailed instructions for return or change the products you want. In this case you must pack the products carefully to avoid damage during transport. You are solely responsible for any such damage. We recommend that you send the product by a secure shipping method, i.e. by any courier of your choice.
Caution: In order to refund the money paid by you or change the returned products, they must first be returned to GAVRILIS GROUP, with their original packaging and receipt, their completeness and integrity checked and any errors in the order and then proceed with the refund process using the same payment method you used for the original transaction or the process of changing and reshipping products to you. The cost of returning the products is borne solely by you as the sender, except for products that have been characterized as defective or incorrect. Only in cases where the products are returned to GABRILIS GROUP, checked and indeed characterized as defective or incorrect, the company refunds you the shipping costs you have paid.
