Cost & Method of Shipping - Delivery
Delivery and Liability.
The goods are delivered by the couriers cooperating with GABRILIS GROUP to the delivery address, which you have stated when filling out the order form and which appears on the Order Form. No deliveries are made to PO boxes. It is important that the address details are absolutely correct. Please be specific about where you would like the ordered products to be delivered if you are not at the delivery address. If delivery is delayed through your fault, our liability ends on the date agreed to deliver the order to you. Once the goods have been delivered in accordance with your shipping instructions, you are solely responsible for them. Our liability, except for damage caused by our negligence or due to a defective product, ceases once the products have been delivered to you.
Especially for the delivery of goods outside of Greece, the responsibility as well as any cost of certification and customs clearance of the goods rests exclusively with the customer. Returns for reasons related to certification or customs clearance are not accepted and shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Cost of Shipping Products
The shipping costs of all the products available through our website are borne by the customer in accordance with the terms set out below. For orders involving purchases over the amount of forty (40) euros within Greece, the shipping costs are fully covered by GAVRILIS GROUP. If said amount is less than or equal to forty (40) euros, the shipping costs of the products are borne by the customer with a fixed charge of three point five (3.50) euros.
CAUTION! For cities within Greece where there is no courier headquarters, as well as some remote islands, there may be an additional charge. If the collection is made from the courier's store which is not considered inaccessible then there is no additional charge. Regarding orders with a place of delivery other than Greece, the shipping costs of the products are borne by the customer at a fixed rate of 12 (twelve) euros.
Order Execution Time – Delivery of the products
Order execution time and product shipment time, after checking and confirming the order by our system, is from one to four working calendar days, in any case within thirty (30) calendar days from sending your order and its acceptance by us.
Cancellation due to late delivery
Each party has the right to terminate the contract in the event of non-fulfillment of obligations in relation to delivery. In case of cancellation of an order due to late delivery due to the fault of GABRILIS GROUP, you will be refunded any amount you have already paid, as well as any costs paid by you to return the products.
Product inspection and damage during transport
GAVRILIS GROUP bears no responsibility for any delay due to the courier who has undertaken the shipment of the ordered products, or for any damage caused during the shipment of the order. After receipt, you are required to check the products within twenty-four (24) hours and inform us accordingly, so that in the event of damage, we can seek legal compensation from the couriers we work with. After the damage is found and checked, we will send you a new product, the same as the one you ordered. In this case, the shipping costs will be covered by GABRILIS GROUP.

2. Payment by COD: Pay for your order the moment you receive it at your place. Cash on delivery fee for amounts below
fifty euros is a comma of five euros (1.5). There is no charge for amounts over 40 euros.
3. Payment by Deposit. Once you have made your deposit, send us the copy of the bank payment order to [email protected]
